Short-lived phone codes
Phone capture requires an emailed code and the upload session expires quickly when unused.
Secure payment
Plan checkout is handled through a secure payment provider. Scan-Pap does not ask you to type card numbers into the app workspace or store full payment card details.
Bookkeeping fields only
Scan-Pap is designed to turn documents into reviewed business numbers: date, vendor or payee, total, tax, category, tag, and report totals. It is not built to copy personal profiles from your documents.
Private details are masked
When private identifiers are detected in extracted text, such as SSNs, EINs, account numbers, routing numbers, cards, phone numbers, emails, or addresses, the app masks those values in the saved extraction fields where supported.
